Did you know that the phrase “Thank You” can alleviate anxiety and increase your
productivity?
but most people underestimate its impact because it’s often viewed as a simple
politeness and common courtesy rather than a powerful tool for self growth and
success.
Think about a time when someone expressed genuine appreciation for something you
did. How did it make you feel?
Doesn't it feel like you wanna do them another favor compared to someone who
doesn't know how to say thank you?
Doesn't it feel so good to be around that person?
If you don't know how to express gratitude, it only means that you feel like you
deserve or are entitled to everything that you have and everything that has
happened to you. As a result, you would focus more on the things that you don't
have rather than the things that you already have, thus, you will always see
negativity rather than positivity in everything.
So if your mind is filled with negativity, negative thoughts dominate your mind
and will manifest in your words and actions. As a result, You'll attract people
with similar negative mindsets, perpetuating a cycle of negativity, hate, and
toxicity. Over time, this negativity becomes deeply ingrained in your character,
influencing your perspective on life.
If you're the kind of person who is grateful and appreciates even the little
things in life, the opposite outcome will manifest. You'll start seeing the
brighter side in everything, focusing on what you already have and not comparing
yourself to others. Consequently, when you feel positive emotion, you'll
alleviate anxiety and feel motivated, leading to increased focus and energy to
accomplish tasks.
If you think that what you’re doing right now is not producing the result that
you want, just enjoy the process, focus on the positive side. This indicates
that life is equipping you with a stronger tool to solve bigger problems, paving
the way for greater opportunities in the future, aligning you with the life that
you want.
